Grandpa was such a constant in our lives his presence will be missed.

I lost my beloved Grandpa Barrus yesterday. I try to think of all the things I would like to say and my emotions take over. What I know for sure is when Grandpa asked "how you doin?" he really wanted to hear the answer. I will miss relaxing on the patio or out under the trees visiting with Grandpa. He cared so deeply about his family, I think it was hardest on grandpa when my dad died. We all felt his deep unconditional love. I love you Grandpa I will miss you!
